SSCS classrooms are an inspiring place to learn. Our gifted teachers create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere where children are drawn into the learning process.
SSCS curriculums are designed to challenge students to reach their highest potential at every grade level. Each grade’s curriculum builds on the previous to maintain a flow of learning from year to year. Traditional teaching methods are used in every subject—reading, writing, literature, math, science, history, Latin, Spanish, art, music, computer, and physical education.
Biblically Integrated Curriculum
Developing the Mind to Recognize God and His Perfect Design in Each New Discovery
All subjects are taught from a Biblical perspective. As students develop in mind, body, and spirit, we want them to see a connection to Christ and His Word in every pursuit. Our goal is to help students form a Biblical worldview where they learn to think, listen, communicate, and relate to others from a Biblical perspective in all areas of their lives.
Small Class Size
Low teacher-to-student ratios allow teachers to tailor instruction to the class, give one-on-one attention to students, closely monitor student progress, and stay in communication with parents. This personal, caring environment offers students the support needed to aid in their academic success.
Teaching the Whole Child
SSCS is committed to the development of the whole child. SSCS teachers meet students where they are to help them develop their mind, body, and spirit through engaging, age-appropriate instructional learning activities.
Partnering with Families
SSCS partners with families to guide the academic and spiritual development of their students—to provide children the knowledge they need to excel academically and the discernment they need to grow in wisdom and knowledge.
Equipping for the Future
SSCS offers students the opportunity to see all of life from a Christian perspective, preparing them academically and spiritually to pursue God’s calling for their lives.
