When Harris Teeter customers purchase select Harris Teeter Brand products using their VIC card, Harris Teeter contributes a percentage of those purchase dollars to the school of their choice.
Please ask your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family if you can link their VIC card to SSCS. All we need is their last name, VIC Card # (11 digits) and/or phone number. You can email the information to Ginger (ginger@coastalcabinetry.com) and we will take care of linking your card(s) for you.

 Target RedCard – Take Charge of Education
Link your Target Red Card (School # 2079)
Did you know there’s an easy way to help us raise money for our school? It’s called “Take Charge of Education”, and it’s helping our school right now.
When you use your REDcard, Target will donate up to 1% of your purchases to Saint Simons Christian School! This may not seem like much when it’s one person participating, but when we get our friends, families, co-workers to link their REDcard to our school the money will add up quickly.
This is a perfect way for family & friends across the country to help our school right here on SSI!
Here’s how it works:
1) Go to a Target store and apply for a REDcard. You can apply for a Debit Card or a Credit Card. If you use a Target Debit Card, they withdraw the funds for your purchase right from your existing checking account, just like writing a check or using your bank debit card. Target Debit cards can only be used at Target stores.
2) Go to www.target.com/tcoe
3) Click on the “Enroll” Tab and enter the school code…2079. Then click “Select this school”. Next, enter your REDcard information and click “Complete enrollment”.
When you shop at Target and use your REDcard, not only will our school benefit, but you will receive 5% off your qualifying purchases! It’s a win-win!!

Box Tops

Clipping Box Tops is one of the EASIEST ways to support PAC & SSCS! We earn 10¢ for each Box Top that we turn in to BoxTops for Education. This may not seem like a lot, but it adds up quickly! For the months of August and September, we earned $325.20! Only 25 of our 57 families participated in Box Tops for the month of August and September…imagine what we can earn if we ALL participate!
Do you buy any of the products on the attached list? PLEASE clip the Box Tops, put them in a baggie, and have your child turn them in each month. Please follow these SIMPLE guidelines when turning in Box Tops: 1. Clip Box Tops along the dotted line. This is required by Box Tops, so please do not leave this up to our Box Top volunteer parents to do for you.
2. Place clipped Box Tops in a sealed Ziploc baggie. You must include your child’s name and grade. First name’s will not do; we have several kids with the same first name. You may turn in as many BoxTops as you can each month; they do not have to be sent in in groups of 50. We will keep a running total for non-uniform coupons and other prizes.
3. Do NOT include expire Box Tops!

Here’s how it works:
- SIGN UP at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs. On the parent page, click the “Register” button in the “First Time Here?” section. Register for your own user name and password. When prompted, enter our one-time Class Activation Code. Our Class Activation Code is: DZ9YQ. All SSCS classes will use the same code. This unique code ensures that your order is sent to me.
- SELECT the books you’d like to order. Choose from thousands of titles – many more than in our monthly flyers.
- SEND your order to me online by the due date and your child’s books will be delivered directly to their classroom.
SSCS will receive a $3.00 Online Reward Coupon every time a parent places an order online! Ordering online is fast, easy, and secure. Plus, you can send your orders directly to me online and use your credit card to pay.
Printed Flyer Ordering: Of course, you can still order using the form from the printed flyer. Please send in your money and order form in a sealed envelope (especially if you are sending in cash) to your child’s teacher. Make checks payable to: Scholastic Book Clubs
